Apply our Comforting Perfecting Toner with a cotton pad on a cleansed skin. Moisten the cotton pad with a few drops and apply on your face, starting from the centre and gently sweeping the cotton pad outward. Change pad often until it is completely clean. Rinsing is not necessary.
